π§ Key Responsibilities:
β’ Provide L2 support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
β’ Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
β’ Handle escalations from the L1 team within defined SLAs
β’ Manage Active Directory, O365, and Outlook-related issues
β’ Install, configure, and maintain Windows systems
β’ Coordinate with vendors for hardware-related support

π‘ Skills Required:
β Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, MS Office, and O365
β Hands-on experience with Active Directory and basic networking
β Familiarity with ticketing tools (ServiceNow / ManageEngine / Jira)
β Expertise in hardware and remote troubleshooting
β Good communication and coordination skills

β Preferred:
β’ Experience in a Pharmaceuticals IT environment.
